As an experienced developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions while actively contributing to a positive and dynamic team environment.

You will coach and guide other developers and support the onboarding of new team-members

If needed you will directly interact with clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Architect and develop applications leveraging modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Define technological choices, best practices, and ensure secure, maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews, oversee CI/CD processes, and support technical design decisions to deliver high-quality, scalable issuing payment solutions.
• Promote team skills development through training, knowledge sharing, and technical mentorship.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on feature development and system improvements.
• Optimize performance, security, and cloud cost efficiency of applications.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• 6+ years in software development roles and ideally payments industry, degree in scientific/technical fields.
• Experience developing  enterprise Java 11 applications or higher versions.
• Hands-on Experience in J2EE applications, JPA, Hibernate, EJB.
• Should have a working knowledge of XML, JSON, web services (SOAP & REST).
• Database-related technologies: ORACLE ,PL/SQL, Postgres
• Basic  Linux and basic Linux Scripting
• Experience developing in both software tiers frontend with HTML /CSS/Angular JS, backend and database queries
• Experience with tools:  Cloud ,CI/CD , Git, Gitlab, Jenkins, JIRA, Maven, Nexus repository Manager, SonarQube, SoapUI, Postman, JBOSS ,Developer Studio – Eclipse /IntelliJ
• Spring/Spring boot framework and Microservice.
• working knowledge of Azure/Amazon Web Services (AWS)/GCP, with experience of hosting software solutions on the platform
• Proficiency in English is mandatory (French or German would be a plus)
