Internship - Sales Development Representative (5 months)

The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Trainee who wants to develop in a commercially driven setting. In this role, you learn by doing, supporting the SDR team with concrete activities that drive the pipeline and facilitate senior SDRs and Sales members. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, lead qualifications, and outbound/inbound activities at Worldline.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Support daily SDR activities to generate and qualify leads
  • Support the Global Head of SDR with reporting and dashboarding
  • Assist with inbound and outbound outreach campaigns (emails, calls, social touches)
  • Keep CRM data up-to-date and enriched
  • Qualify leads based on basic BANT/ICP criteria under supervision
  • Schedule meetings for senior SDRs and Account Executives
  • Research prospects and sectors to tailor outreach
  • Track and report on performance (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, pipeline)
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and messaging
  • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training
  • Providing feedback on processes and tools for improvement

  • Strong commercial mindset and interest in sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; and one other foreign (Italian, France or German) language skills a plus
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and outreach platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team player who can follow guidance from senior SDRs
