Objective
- Ensure a high quality and correct personnel support from the entry to the exit of the employee.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Being responsible to process the HR transactions in HR tools via ticketing systems.
· Being responsible to establish and maintain the communication with the local HR teams
· Being responsible for training and provide support to the team.
· Responsible for all pre-Onboarding activities: pre-employment; update of the HR management system, delivery of documents, etc)
· Personnel administration: updating and managing the employment contracts, personnel files; ensuring compliance of HR documents with local legislation; advising employees on queries related to personnel data.
· Collaborating with different stakeholders
· Responsible for probationary period process
· HR data: maintaining up to date the data in the HR systems
· Reporting: preparing of periodic external and internal reports, HR dashboard
· Support the implementation of various local and/or global HR and/or employee related initiatives.)
Activity
- Administer all processes that occur with in the scope of the employee life cycle (preparation of employment contracts, working time adjustments, salary adjustments, parental leave, resignation, etc.).
- Participate in and coordinate the out sourced payroll and ensure a correct monthly salary payment and expense management.
- Help to handle the daily on going management of compensation and benefits.
- Act as the first point of contract for any HR related matters.
- Help employees resolve their arising issues and pending questions (if possible, internally).
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and ensure comprehensive and accurate HR support for own area of responsibility.
- Assist the HR Managers in managing and administrating the HR budget.
- Prepare HR documents :contracts, letters, certificates.
- Manage and fill HR related documentation, such as contracts of employment, exit formalities.
- Handle the daily record-updating and documentation of the HR department.
- Facilitate HR department processes.
- Participate in HR reporting.
- Participate in HR projects.

· Senior experienced person in HR filed (end to end)
· Full professional fluency in English and French, another third language will be a plus.
· Experience with ticketing tools and HR tools will be appreciated.
· Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, focus on solutions
