The Opportunity

 

As an HR Admin with German language you will work in a new international team and be responsible for responsible for improving the guidelines and procedures, participate to the transition steps testing and proactive, work in team and be point of contact with the countries treating the requests in agreed SLA for all inputs  of data management End2End,  reporting, comp & ben and others HR processes.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Participate to the Transition steps during the Transition and after be able to processes requests in Operational phase.

  • Process the HR transactions in HR tools via ticketing systems.
  • Establish and maintain the communication with the local HR teams
  • Responsible for training and provide support to the team.
  • Responsible for all pre-Onboarding activities: pre-employment; update of the HR management system, delivery of documents, etc)
  • Personnel administration: updating and managing the employment contracts, personnel files; ensuring compliance of HR documents with local legislation; advising employees on queries related to personnel data.
  • Collaborating with different stakeholders , being responsible for probationary period process
  • HR data: maintaining up to date the data in the HR systems
  • Reporting: preparing of periodic external and internal reports, HR dashboard
  • Support the implementation of various local and/or global HR and/or employee related initiatives.)

  • Experience with end-to-end HR processes, especially contract creation and data input
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Good organizational skills
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Experience with ticketing tools and HR tools will be appreciated.
  • Fluent English and German skills
