The opportunity
The Data Office acts as a central hub to collect information from all Worldline systems, ingest, rationalize. We expose governed information to management, finance & customers. The platform is built on top of Databricks, expanded with Azure cloud services. We are looking for an engineer to help grow the application and service catalog.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- You are responsible for delivering data-centric applications (web apps, APIs…)
- You are transforming data from raw source to a refined product
- You are documenting tools & processes to help users (and AI agents) be autonomous
- You are participating in the various development ceremonies
Who are we looking for
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Excellent Python and web-application development skills
- You can use SQL/Spark to explore vast quantities of data
- You've got substantial knowledge of cloud services
- Willing to use AI to automate, streamline development
- Appetite to work in a large organisation
