The Opportunity
Take part in developing business intelligence reports and building ETL pipelines eg. for SLA and KPI reporting. You will build high quality and maintainable ETL pipelines, implement the medallion architecture in our Databricks environment, work with basics CI/CD and Git for collaborative work and successful deployment across environments.
We work in an Agile environment with iterative deliverables and clear deadlines. You will collaborate with a cross-functional, international team and partner with stakeholders to deliver timely, governance-aware insights.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Co-creating and designing data products that are robust, trustworthy for business and easy to maintain and develop
- Collaborating together with our technical team, business engineers, compliance experts and product owners in building cross-functional teams with a shared vision and roadmap that enable data product agility
- Deploying, monitoring, and managing pipelines and applications in production
- Build Powerbi visuals, transform data and maintain data pipelines and integrations in Databricks(ETL/ELT)
- Design and implement data models and datasets for reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security (including GDPR compliance)
- Contribute to standards and best practices for shared data platform strategy
- Support stakeholders in iterative implementation within existing infrastructure
Who Are We Looking For

In practice this means:
- 2-5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer (or a similar role)
- SQL/PySpark/Python and data transformations + willing to learn
- Medallion architecture implementation + willing to learn
- Power BI report building: Power Query, DAX, visuals
- Strong DAX skills
- Experienced in BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau or Looker)
- Have at least some experience with cloud data platforms, Microsoft Azure/Databricks (or other cloud data platforms)
- Affinity with security, privacy, and governance in data environments
- Excellent command of English— spoken and written
- Nice to have: Git knowledge and experience, CI/CD processes, Power Automate flows for email reports delivery and processing
