The Opportunity

 

As a Client Delivery Manager, you’re the first point of contact for customers in terms of operational delivery and change management. The Client Delivery Manager coordinates functional requests between customer's and internal stakeholders. This role incorporates Business Delivery Management and Operational Delivery Management.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Manage customer relationships - Serve as the primary contact for customers and account managers, answer customer questions and handle their requests for changes or support
  • Handle change requests - Work closely together with customers when they want to modify or add services, document what they need and be the bridge to the internal teams
  • Manage problems and escalations - Act as first-level escalation point for customer concerns and operational issues, coordinate when needed
  • Contribute to projects - Participate as active stakeholder, take the lead in smaller projects
  • Support colleagues from different teams in case of questions and/or requests for which feedback from/communication to the customer is needed
  • Facilitate meetings - Coordinate and moderate internal and external client meetings for topics such as governance, changes, processes, production services, SLAs, steering committees, incident escalations etc.
  • Provide regular reporting - Deliver progress updates and operational reports to clients covering portfolio status, issues, and SLA performance

  • Several years of work experience, preferably in a client facing role

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with colleagues in an international context
  • Team player
  • Very good proficiency in English
  • Experience in the payment industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of Confluence and Jira is a plus
  • A focus on continuous learning and development
