Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

Within Financial Processing/Issuing Processing division, platform management team deploy and manage transversally our customers platform.

• Coordinate releases & changes in all test & production environments
• Build and evolutions of platform infrastructure & services, based on GCP & Private Cloud
• Support new customer projects & existing customers on the platform
• Provide solution, tooling & automation to DevOps squads
• Make evolve the platform as per internal strategy, regulation & security standard
• Coordinate changes on Issuing Processing Division production platforms
• Prepare, steer and report Issuing CAB, ensure to get common approvals for changes on production platforms
• Support DevOps team to prepare their change, in a most streamlined way, ensuring platforms stability.
• Participate actively to Worldline process evolution and its implementation within  Issuing Division
• On-board new squads within change management
• Participate to major change planification (release calendar, DRP, …)
• Lead or participate on initiative to automate & streamline change deliveries
• In relationship with all stakeholders involved: Release Train Engineers, Release Managers, Project Managers, DevOps squads, E2E test team, Management, …
• Side activities as Release Train Engineer or Release Managers could be proposed on top, depending of the workload.

Who Are We Looking For

• Experimented profile, with broad technical skills (java development, production support, db, system, network, security) and strong experiences in service management or production/platform management (+5 years)
• Good communication and facilitator skills
• Experience in project management required
• Good knowledge on ITIL change management processes
• Languages: fluent in English
• Supportive, positive, persistent, empathic
