The Opportunity

We are looking for a functional analyst in the Payments Domain and more specific for API and middleware team. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• You are responsible for performing functional  analysis,
• You will start from an end to end business analysis and perform detailed analysis on API or middleware area
• You will gather requirements yourself from concerned stakeholder or
• You will start from existing functional analysis to restructure for more modern technologies
• You will have to understand describe and explain functionalities / business process / flows,
• You will perform effort estimation, create functional analysis, write functional documentation,
• You will closely work together with end to end business analyst, product owner, software architect, test team and possibly other stakeholders

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• 2 years+ experience in functional analysis
• Some knowledge in payments industry is certainly a plus
• Motivation to work in API and middleware area
• Good communication skills – as well oral as written communication
• Very good knowledge of English
• Some experience in integration concepts – API design, REST and SOAP principles, message based mechanism, authentication and authorisation models is certainly a plus
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, think creatively with attention to detail
• Problem solver
• Ability to make decisions, provide direction, manage stakeholders, influence outcome,  identify risks/issues, share knowledge, collaborate, create content
