The opportunity
We operate complex systems that ensure that credit card payments work quickly and reliably. Together with you we would like to develop the payment systems of tomorrow.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Analysis of customer requirements. Conversion of requirements into functional specifications and agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Coordination and collaboration within the squad regarding analysis and implementation (with testers, developers, and operations-colleagues)
- Work in an international team with customers based in different countries
- Implementation of internal and external change requests
- Analysis, mitigation and fixing of incidents on different platforms
- Alignment with the product-, engineering, and delivery teams to refine requirements, support sprint planning, and clarify business intent.
- If you enjoy working at both the conceptual and operational levels and moving between levels, you have come to the right place.
Who are we looking for
- Degree in a technical or business management subject is the basis for your systematic and engineering-like work
- Have an analytical, user-focused, and outcome-oriented approach, with strong attention to details
- Solid 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles
- Expertise translating technical requirements into "IT". You can talk to both customers and technicians
- Be proactive in communication and enjoy bringing the various stakeholders together
- Willingness to use AI for analysis and problem solving
- Experience in the financial environment, ideally in the field of payment transactions and credit cards is an advantage
- Fluent English skills
