The Opportunity

 

Worldline is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a Billing & Collections Team Leader (fixed term – maternity leave). Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Ensuring daily activities are executed in a timely manner and in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Coordinating, monitoring, and supporting team members in achieving individual and collective objectives
  • Investigating, delegating, and monitoring KPI performance and results
  • Overseeing the completion of billing processes in accordance with defined SLAs
  • Ensuring monthly reconciliation of Trade Receivables and other billing-related General Ledger accounts, including review and validation of reconciliations in TLM/SharePoint
  • Supporting the resolution of unallocated payments and escalating issues where timely responses are not received
  • Assisting the team in maintaining overdue receivables below the 10% threshold
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with local Business Units, based on collaboration, honesty, and integrity
  • Reviewing and aligning Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes with the Group Target Operating Model
  • Identifying, discussing, and reviewing efficiency and automation initiatives with management and local country stakeholders to reduce operational effort
  • Monitoring and improving collaboration with Local Business teams, ensuring prompt support, follow-up, and resolution of potential bottlenecks
  • Extracting and analyzing KPI data, preparing presentations, designing process flows, and presenting insights to local country teams and managers
  • Implementing accuracy and quality checks where feasible and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accordingly

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Minimum of four years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
  • At least one year of experience within the company
  • High level of motivation and a strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish effective business relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire confidence and gain the trust of others
  • Patience, resilience, and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Capacity to handle difficult, sensitive, and confidential matters with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with flexibility in a problem-solving environment
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with an open-minded and proactive approach
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
