The Opportunity

As an experienced developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions while actively contributing to a positive and dynamic team environment.

You will coach and guide other developers and support the onboarding of new team-members

If needed you will directly interact with clients.

You will take ownership of the product increment in each delivery, ensuring usability and adherence to coding standards. Your role will involve collaborating with Product Owners and technical teams to clarify requirements and providing technical solutions to support the agile development process.

You will also facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and effectively communicate changes and impacts to stakeholders. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will drive continuous improvement within the team and contribute to the overall success of the development initiatives.

Activity

• Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Designing and developing modern and modular Java/Spring boot applications using current coding and testing standards.
  • Working collaboratively and closely with a global team of technologists.
  • Strong ability to lead with ideas and innovation.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies and actively driving towards the team's goals.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams
  • Conduct root cause analysis of application performance issues and recommend solutions or optimizations.
  • Optimize application deployments, configurations, and resource allocations for improved performance and scalability.
  • Stay current with industry’s best practices and emerging trends in application performance management and monitoring

   

  Who Are We Looking For

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in developing enterprise applications.
  • Experience developing enterprise Java 11 applications or higher versions.
  • Hands-on Experience in Spring applications, JPA, Hibernate.
  • Should have a working knowledge of XML, JSON, web services (SOAP & REST).
  • Should be a independent contributor
  • Familiar with various design patterns and techniques
  • Database-related technologies : ORACLE, PL/SQL, Postgres
  • Basic Linux and basic Linux Scripting
  • Experience with tools:  Cloud, CI/CD, Git, Gitlab, JIRA, Maven, Nexus repository Manager, SonarQube, Postman,Developer Studio – Eclipse /IntelliJ
  • Spring/Spring boot framework, Microservice, Kafka.
  • Working knowledge of Azure/Amazon Web Services (AWS)/GCP, with experience of hosting software solutions on the platform
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly initiative-taking and solution-oriented approach.
