The Opportunity

 

 

Ready to make a lasting impact on Worldline's daily onboarding process? Within Digital Boarding team, we are looking for passionate and motivated students to help as shape the future of onboarding journey in payments. You will have a chance to take full ownership of the project. You will start with in-depth user / trend / market research (depending on the topic). Then, using Design Thinking methodology (e.g. futuring / back casting, speculative design techniques to name a few) imagine new digital experiences. To bring your ideas to life, you will be tasked with designing a walkable user journey on Figma. Our goal is to go beyond industry standards and design bold, creative, and innovative new experiences. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

 

  • Plan and conduct user / trend / market research
  • Identify and document user / trend / market needs
  • Employ Design Thinking process and techniques to suggest new digital experiences
  • Design and prototype (on Figma) user experiences based on research findings
  • Critically reflect and challenge excising norms and standards
