As a Test Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end service quality, defining test strategies, and leading testing efforts across international teams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You are responsible of delivering part of a transformation program by:
- Define and Lead Testing Strategy: Take charge of defining the test strategy and writing the Master Test Plan, based on customer requirements and project goals.
- Remain actively involved in the technical aspects of testing: Stay hands-on by directly executing tests when needed and troubleshooting complex issues. Your technical expertise will be essential in resolving critical testing challenges, and providing guidance to the team.
- Automate Testing: Support and implement automated tests to streamline testing processes, increase efficiency, and enhance test coverage.
- Guide and Inspire Teams: Lead and support a dynamic testing team, providing coaching and direction to ensure high-performance testing across multiple projects.
- Drive Efficiency: Tackle challenges head-on by identifying and resolving blocking issues, and proactively proposing workarounds to streamline the testing process.
- Deliver Results: Prepare insightful audit reports, risk assessments, and quality metrics to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Ensure Quality at Every Stage: Validate test scripts and results, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end test coverage throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Plan and manage regression tests for future non-regression readiness, and facilitate knowledge transfer for ongoing project success.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as an application tester or 1 year of experience as a Software Test Coordinator.
- Experience in Cashless Payment Solutions: Any experience or knowledge in cashless payments is a major plus.
- Multilingual Skills: Fluency in English and French is essential, and proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Passionate Learner: A strong desire to learn, adapt, and continuously improve within the evolving tech landscape.
- Proactive and Results-Driven: You naturally take ownership, have a solution-oriented mindset, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer success and collaboration.
- Resilient and Flexible: Able to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
