The Opportunity

 

Join one of our Merchant Services teams as a Technical Lead in the core cards processing domain. You'll lead a dynamic team of software engineers, driving innovation in ecommerce payments solutions that power transactions across our markets. This role offers the perfect blend of technical leadership and hands-on development in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

• Lead a team of developers working on the cards core processing solutions 
• Drive technical architecture decisions and ensure code quality standards across the team 
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver ecommerce payment features 
• Oversee the development lifecycle from planning to deployment for cards processing systems 
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex technical challenges in payment processing 
• Ensure the high standards of quality, observability and monitoring of the services 
• Participate in on-duty rotation to provide 24/7 support of the production systems

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Expertise in C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, Cassandra, Docker, Google Cloud, and Kubernetes 
• Proven technical leadership experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic technical decisions 
• Strong computer science fundamentals 
• Experience with payment systems or fintech industry (nice to have)
