Terminals Solutions & Services (TSS) is looking for a Product Manager for the Retail segment


The product manager role is as follows:


The Worldline product portfolio for Point of Sales (POS) products is divided into different product lines in order to propose a complete range of products covering all segments of the market.

The product manager will be responsible for the full Android retail ranges of the portfolio and will :

- manage and promote the existing YUMI range to address retail segment

- define and develop the new retail AXIUM range. This new range will address the retail segment with new multilane and pinpad solutions in accordance with global retail strategy


The mission:

The successful candidate will:

  • be the reference person within Worldline for these products and their respective markets
  • understand the customer needs, the competitive landscape and market forces and be able to uncover opportunities for creating new (or enhanced) products and solutions
  • be an effective communicator and champion the product lines both internally and externally
  • respond to challenges including the delivery of global business cases, marketing plans, requirements and solutions definition, and requests for proposals
  • work closely with engineering (build) team to ensure delivery of the products
  • work closely with the (pre) sales, marketing, solution delivery, and support teams to ensure the product covered in an end to end way within the organisation
  • manage the product life cycle (product readiness, commercial readiness, operational readiness, end of life) and the product marketing mix
  • assume full responsibility for the P&L of these products/services together with different regions



Skills & experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Engineer
  • Use to work in an international environment
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching new & innovative products
  • Knowledge of payment technology and industry is a plus
  • Good knowledge in business and finance concepts
  • Demonstrated success with Product Lifecycle Management process
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: French, Dutch (for candidates in Belgium) & English
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent & creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong affinity for IT tools and systems
  • Good knowledge MS Office


The position is to be filled in Valence, Paris or Bruxelles.
