The Opportunity

 

The assignment of the Field Services is the maintenance and installation of our various payment terminals and / or payment solutions at customers.

As Dispatcher/planner you ensure that our service level agreements are respected for the customers , For technicians, you make the most correct planning possible.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Planning and coordinating installations/interventions
  • Assigning tasks to technicians and ensuring efficient trip planning.
  • Monitoring the progress of interventions/installations and making adjustments where necessary.
  • Communicating with technicians, customers and internal departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Handling absences and maintaining administration.
  • Contributing to the optimisation of planning processes.

  • At least a completed Secundary education,
  • Relevant work experience in a similar position is a plus
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language and French  and  good command of English, both orally and in writing.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with planning software.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
