The Opportunity

Campus Recruitment is on center stage within Worldline. Across Benelux we are setting up revamped and new programmes/initiatives. We are forming strong connections to several educational institutiosn across the region with relative course programmes in place.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Support in brainstorming and shaping the overarching narrative and value proposition of our employer brand to attract early career talent across different regions.
• Contribute to planning and fostering meaningful collaborations with universities, recruitment partners, and industry associations to enhance talent pipeline quality and diversity.
• Analyze and propose ways to create a compelling, candidate-centric experience throughout recruitment, onboarding, and early career development processes. (Evolve the Hackathons)
• Help conceptualize new initiatives or formats within early careers programs to increase engagement, diversity, or alignment with evolving industry needs.
• Support in developing messaging strategies that effectively communicate the value of early career programs to internal stakeholders, ensuring strong buy-in and advocacy.
• Assist in designing ways to evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns and early career programs, focusing on conceptual KPIs and success factors.
• Contribute to the development of forward-looking insights regarding future skills and competencies needed in the fintech industry, guiding talent development initiatives.
