Head of sales Belgian Key Accounts


The Belgian Key account team manages a customer portfolio > 20M€ revenues over various segments  and products, for more than 95  customers  with a strong presence in Belgium.


As head of sales you will define commercial targets for the key account team and you will be responsible for  building and maintaining strong business partnerships with our top customers. In addition you will lead a sales team of 6 key accounts. A key focus for this segment is retention on face-to-face and e-commerce.



  • Manage a team of 6 account managers in Belgium, define their objectives and support their development
  • Lead the team to identify new business development areas
  • Make sure Worldline is positioned at a strategic level with the customers: follow-up on customer governance, innovation workshops and strategic/Tactical/operational meetings with our top clients
  • Ensure an optimised client portfolio management and client satisfaction and that the relationship with key customers is taken into account with the team
  • Be accountable for revenue and order entry generation for the Belgian Key Accounts team
  • Strong ability to understand the drivers of the business of the merchant and his needs for Worldline technology and create the best value proposition
  • Work with various department managers to optimise time to market
  • Reporting: Making sales forecasts / Dashboard


Main requirements for the position:

  • Proven at minimum of 8 years of sales experiences and with a Manager sales team position since at least 4 years.
  • Fluent in  English, Dutch and French
  •  Mandatory: experience in long and complex sales cycle / tailor-made solutions
  •  Familiarity with electronic payment
  •  Good organisational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
