The Opportunity

 

 

The Fraud Management Department is looking for a motivated person to reinforce the team in Brussels.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

 

  • You will be responsible for analyzing alerts on possible fraudulent behavior
  • Take the necessary containment measures to limit the impact of the fraud on the cardholder and issuer
  • You will obtain a critical attitude and high level overview in order to be able to recognize and interpret unusual patterns of activity
  • You will contact stakeholders and take corrective actions
  • You will report to your Managers and contribute to continuous improvements policies

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

 

  • Knowledge of the card payment industry
  • Experience within Fraud investigations or related procedures
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch is a MUST
  • Flexible, open to work on duty 24/7
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Outlook products, database search tools, and use of Internet to research information.
  • Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to be flexible and to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ingenuity and persistence to obtain case information not readily available with an eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with other teams, clients and upper management
  • Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as a high degree of initiative
