Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You create, update and review risk databases
  • You perform data queries and conduct data analysis to monitor risk
  • You develop and automate reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • You assist the AML Coordinator and the Risk  Managers within the First Line of Defense Risk team in their data management and reporting activities
  • You participate in weekly team meetings

  • You deliver Timely, Accurate and Relevant reporting
  • You shape the current information sources in easy to use and readily available go-to’s
  • You share your knowledge but also seek for ways to get new knowledge
  • You are be able to develop a solid expertise in the fast-growing (e-)payment business
  • You work closely with the risk managers within the team as well as with other teams in the organization (Risk, Sales, Compliance,…)

 

Skills we can’t do without:

  • Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics and Data Science, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and data warehouse tools (MS Azure, WebFocus,...)
  • Solid programming skills (SQL, VBA, Python,…)
  • Excellent analytical skills with eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbally and written
  • Result driven and persistent
  • Multicultural mindset and flexibility, able to work in an international environment

 

Skills we’d like:

  • First experience in the financial sector or in risk management is a plus
  • Knowledge of the payment industry and/or AML/CFT is a plus
