The Opportunity

 

We are looking for an Campaign Manager for the BENLUX, you will Execute digital marketing campaigns in the Benelux region in alliance with internal stakeholders (Head Marketing Communications, Product Management, Sales, GBD Heads, Global Marketing) as well as external agencies and partners. Ensuring an integrated merchant communication across Merchant Services in accordance with business strategies and objectives. Conception and implementation of communication projects within MS.

 

 Your responsibilities

  • Ensure an integrated communication throughout all digital channels for prospects and existing SMB customers and partners
  • Develop, plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and projects for MS across the Benelux region in alignment with the global communications strategy and our sales and marketing objectives
  • Work closely with peers in the other regions (Nordics, CEE, Switzerland) when it comes to planning, designing and executing merchant and partner campaigns across all digital channels
  • Own the SMB marketing assets and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel
  • Monitor marketing budget and KPIs in order to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI
  • Monitor performance and identify changes and risks to ensure projects goals are met
  • Content management and execution on our Benelux websites in support of digital team

Who Are We Looking For

  • Higher education in the field of marketing or communications (FH/University), or commercial education with corresponding recognized further education in the field of marketing communications
  • At least 3-5 years of professional work experience in the field of marketing communication (B2B advantageous) required, ideally in an international environment (financial services advantageous)
  • Experience in project management (planning, leading, directing and managing local and international projects)
  • Strong conceptual skills and high capability for setting up KPI driven marketing communications campaigns
  • Proven skills and affinity for all marketing channels, online and offline
  • Networker and communicative personality with strong organizational skills and a high level of curiosity
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to continuously develop best practices and create target-group oriented content
  • High affinity for writing and enthusiasm for writing and speaking
  • Strong team player, able at working across multiple cross functional, teams and management levels
  • Excellent command of Dutch/Flemish and English. French, Luxemburgish and German are considered as a strong asset.
