The Opportunity

Established in different European countries mainly in France, the Service Center Identity Trust & Authentication (ITA) designs, implements and hosts applications of payment which are based on multi-channel of authentication methods.

You will participate in the evolution of our ACS (Access Control Server) solution.

ACS is involved throughout the payment process by offering fraud prevention modules, a wide range of strong authentication methods, as well as the implementation of the 3D-Secure protocol. With a volume of over 300 million 3D-Secure transactions per year and no less than seventy European bank customers, you will work on a product that is both mature and constantly evolving, to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Our team is managing projects for numerous of Benelux banks, and to help in our deliveries, we are currently looking for a Business Engineer

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• The business analyst is a key resource in our project delivery, providing deep analysis of the solution to be developed / configured (functional + technical). He/she leads the project necessary analysis and face to face solution discussions with the client.
• Can also be a backup for our Product Owner and fully organized in SCRUM methodology.
• Overall focus :
  • Technical and functional reference on the project
  • Looks for standardization in solution design
  • Exchanges with other regions to know what already exists and share knowledge
  • Consults Global product team to ensure proposed local solutions remain aligned with global product strategy
• Project Mode  :
  • Solution design and architecture (technical, functional)
  • Technical / functional documentation writing (integration guide)
  • User stories creation and management
  • Participate to refinement, sprint planning and priorities management
  • Testing follow-up & support
  • Issues priority definition and follow-up
  • Workload estimation & Support to offer design
  • Participate to Backlog Management
  • Constant alignment with project manager and the project team

Who Are We Looking For

• Business analysis / Product Owner / Solution Design sensitivity process
• Affinity for functional and challenging customer projects
• Good knowledge or work in AGILE methodology
• Technical skills or participation to projects with these technologies is an asset :
  • Java Backend Development : Java, Spring, JPA (Hibernate), Maven
  • Environment: Linux, Docker, Tomcat, Kafka, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Gitlab, Gatling
• 4 years of experience is a nice to have
• Liking the innovation, the analysis and the resolution of technological problems.
