The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on and highly organised Brand Operations Manager to join our global Brand team. In this role, you will take ownership of key operational aspects of our brand, ensuring it is consistently delivered and aligned with our strategic vision. You’ll manage brand guidelines, oversee trademark and asset management, and provide insights through data analysis to inform brand decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about brand management to influence a global brand reaching millions of businesses and consumers every day.
You’ll be part of a small but impactful team that plays a vital role in shaping our brand’s presence and influence globally. As our Brand Operations Manager, you’ll have the chance to lead key operational initiatives, develop your expertise in brand management, and see the direct impact of your work on our company’s success.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Brand Guidelines & Governance: Maintain, update, and refine brand guidelines to ensure alignment with our strategic vision. Conduct regular reviews and audits to uphold brand consistency and compliance.
- Brand Portal Management: Act as the owner of the brand portal, ensuring it serves as an effective resource for all stakeholders by being up-to-date, accessible, and user-friendly.
- Brand Tracking: Analyse and consolidate data on brand perception across audiences and markets, providing actionable insights to guide strategy and bridge perception gaps.
- IP & Asset Management: Manage and safeguard critical brand assets, including trademarks, DNS, and related tools, ensuring alignment with legal and business needs.
- Templates & Tools: Maintain and optimise templates for standard communications, enabling teams to work efficiently while adhering to brand standards.

- Strong quality assurance skills to conduct reviews and audits, ensuring brand compliance and consistency.
- Proficiency with digital tools, including managing asset management systems and acting as a platform owner.
- Skilled in data analysis, with the ability to collect, interpret, and present insights that inform strategy.
- Fluent in English, with clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal) is a must.
