The Opportunity

As a Manager – Cross Border Forex Payment, you'll own end-to-end cross-border payments operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing across multi-currency rails. You'll bridge treasury, product/engineering, compliance, and external banks/PSPs while managing liquidity, settlement, and risk controls in our global payment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Payment Operations: Process initiation, beneficiary validation, FX conversion, routing through rails (SWIFT, SEPA, CHIPS/Fedwire), and settlement • Liquidity Management: Monitor multi-currency cash flows, optimize payout routes, and manage bank/PSP relationships • Compliance & Risk: Apply KYC/AML screening, sanctions checks, risk assessments, and maintain audit trails • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, provide leadership dashboards, and resolve payment inquiries/disputes

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments, treasury, or operations • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field • Strong knowledge of cross-border payment rails and regulatory regimes • Experience with ERP/TMS systems and reconciliation processes • Analytical mindset with proven project and vendor management skills • Proficiency in English and advanced MS Excel

Preferred: • FX/treasury certification, ISO 20022 experience, fintech/banking background
