The Opportunity : SRE Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated SRE Engineer to join our dynamic team based in Blois. In this pivotal role, you will be key to maintaining and enhancing the reliability of our eCommerce platforms, critical to our business operations. This role requires a skilled technical professional with strong interpersonal skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of daily service quality.
- Take into account the client’s requests for changes or issues.
- Embody functional and technical expertise in the domain.
- Contribute to the evolution of our offerings and services.
- Provide the tools necessary to monitor the service.
Important Note:
This role involves rotating on-call shifts during evenings and weekends, as ensuring 24/7 availability of our commerce solutions is paramount to our business continuity.
Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for proactive individuals with a passion for technology and a customer-first attitude. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering quality service. In practice, this means:
- IT degree (Bac+2 to Bac+4/5) or equivalent experience.
- Training in Linux systems, MySQL, Oracle, networks, and Internet technologies.
- Project management methodology.
- Training in internal tools (office software).
- Knowledge of clients’ business lines (payments).
- Knowledge of regulations and standards (AFAQ, PCI).
- Fluent in French and English (essential for daily operations and international meetings).
- Must be based in Blois or Tours.
