The Opportunity : join the SARA team
Worldline offers a range of payment services for major clients in the sector. It is supported by specific software developments and tools designed to address the market challenges. Recent advancements implement CNCF-certified technologies across various Cloud offerings. The SARA system handles payment protocols for Worldline. Over 3 billion transactions are processed in real-time each year by our platforms, which have been in operation for several decades. You may not know it yet, but you also use our services daily, just like millions of Europeans.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Join our mix of developer / SRE team within the Shared Services department to develop, host, and manage our services with the philosophy of "You build it, You own it, You run it!".
We offer you the opportunity to develop with us on a rich framework, using a range of languages from C++ to Java, as well as Python and Rust. Being open to new ideas and techniques, and engaging in a continuous transformation process are fundamental to your role with us.
To achieve the challenges, you'll evolve with the following technical stack :
- RHEL.
- Gitlab CI/CD.
- JIRA.
- Slack.
Who Are You?
We are looking for individuals capable of driving positive change, making progress, and showing the way forward - passionate people with a thirst for knowledge and improvement. Practically, this means:
- You hold a Bac+5 degree in computer science, with prior experience in programming.
- You are familiar with Linux environments.
- You are motivated by programming, cloud technologies, and industrializing product integration.
- You wish to join a dynamic local team, passionate about the product and its development for the benefit of users.
- A good level of spoken and written English is greatly appreciated.
