Worldline is currently looking for extra profiles to reinforce several existing teams in charge of Sips, the cross-channel payment solution for processing both online payments and payments at merchant’s point of sale, simply, efficiently and securely.

 

It is a strategic solution for Worldline with the aim to consolidate our next-generation payment service platforms. We are currently looking for resource to contribute actively to the Mobile and Internet Acceptance domain.

 

Daily activity will be made of:

- Supervision of Web & J2E software development activities

- Running daily IT operations and leading a distributed international project

- Definition of technical processes, in respect of Worldline internal standards and technical architect’s inputs, and monitoring of their implementation.

- Liaison with business representatives and technical teams to identify, categorize and prioritize issues

- Risk and risk mitigation management

- Control Project budget, forecasts and actuals

- Validation of common architecture, standards, guidelines and Best practices

- Monitoring of low to medium size offshore team on Core, Web and Service Contract development

- Supervision of Performance and Tuning campaigns on platforms handling high volumes

- Working closely with colleagues and clients in all over Europe.

 

- Final degree (university or technical college) in software engineering or equivalent education

- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management

- customer knolwedge

- Skills methodology appreciate:

     * Agile methodology,

     * Jira tools,

     *Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project

     *Introduction to PM method (Prince 2, PMI,…)

 

- Capability to provide reliable estimates of project efforts and progress tracking

- Managing risks.

- Analytical skills, good comprehension and abstraction capability

- reporting regularly on progress to the team, managers and the client

- making sure that each stage is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards

- Flexibility, delivery-focus and client-focus

- Pro-activity, vision

- Open-minded and good ability to explain complex topics with simple and understandable words

- Team player, communication strength, ability to work in an international environment and distributed teams

- Availability for occasional travels

 

** Language Skills:

- English (mandatory, fluent or advanced required)

- French (mandatory, fluent or advanced required)
