Compensation & Benefits Expert – temporary (May 1 till September 30, 2022)

 

Reporting to Group Head of C&B, this temporary position (replacement of maternity leave in the C&B team) will tackle all Compensation related processes, at Group scope as well as ensuring the point of contact for the Financial Services Global Business Line. The position will be involved in the following areas:

 

  • Global Process

 

    • Short Term Incentive process : support regional HR and C&B teams in the launch of the semester 2 bonus guidelines via the available tools

 

    • Salary Review: coordinate the deployment of the salary review campaign, support carrying out Benchmarking, Grading

 

  • C&B Point of contact for the Global Business Line Financial Services
    • Coordination of salary review for FS GBL
    • Coordination eligibility of LTI
    • Support in bonus scorecard deployment in H2
    • Support in definition of forecast salary increase 2023
    • Support in prepare reports and make recommendations based on market data analysis (salary surveys, benchmarks…);
    • Ad hoc C&B requests

We are looking for the person who can identify to the following characteristics:

  • Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist (at least 5 years experience)
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communicating and interpersonal skills; Able to work in a matrix environment and connect with various stakeholders 
  • Confidentiality and sensitivity, particularly when making judgments on specific issues
  • BS degree in human resources, law, business administration or finance, Master degree in Tax Law is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English
