Account Manager E-commerce (Luxembourg)

 The opportunity

 

Join our account management team in Luxembourg and be part of our Benelux retention team. You will be managing a portfolio of e-commerce clients in Luxembourg and you will be responsible for the overall relation with your clients but also for up and cross sell within your portfolio.

In this role you will learn all about payment products, webshops and e-commerce.

 

You will have clients from selling products in different markets; from concert tickets to flowers and Christmas gifts to clothing.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include

 

  • You will be in close contact with your clients to build a healthy business relation.
  • for your top clients you will create sales plans to identify opportunities.
  • When new payment products are developed you will help to get pilot clients.
  • You will be in close contact with other departments like Support, marketing and also the various new business teams.

 

 

Your main tasks include

  • Prepare business reviews for your clients
  • Help your clients to set up new accounts and add new payment products
  • Continuously update your knowledge within your markets
  • Internal coordination with risk/compliance, boarding, sales support colleagues and marketing to achieve optimal cooperation that leads to the maximum result for your own development and for Worldline
  • Keeping the administration up-to-date in the appropriate systems like Salesforce.

 

Skills we can't do without

 

  • At least a Bachelor level of thinking and analytical skills
  • Minimum 4 years experience, preferably in account management
  • Substantial business knowledge on payments, from market to products
  • Passion for new innovative solutions
  • Self-starter with perseverance and highly result-oriented
  • Team player who also knows how to take responsibility and work autonomously
  • Fluent in Luxemburgish French and English communication (speech and in writing)
