- Management
- Maintain the capacity planning and check the coming deadlines (planning, resources and ongoing projects)
- Good business analysis knowledge (financial data & Luxembourg market knowhow specifics)
- Good documentation knowledge
- Team player with department members and other departments
- Activity reports
- Support & Sales
- Keep good customer & provider relations (workshops, meetings & communication)
- Manage the business opportunities
- Be polyvalent & flexible
- You manage the synergies between the Cetrel Securities and Digital Banking solutions.
Required Skills:
- Technical skills and competences: Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project
- Organizational skills and competences: Structured approach for prioritization and tracking of personal and project portfolio tasks
- Social skills and competences: Multicultural adaptation, resilient, flexible, determined and sense of responsibility
You will propose improvements for the optimization of your daily work by centralizing incidents, analyzing the sources and proposing potential enhancements.
In case of issues, you will escalate to the team leader.
Your profile:
- Master degree in business administration, sales or relevant field;
- 4 years’ experience in similar position;
- Strong analytical, conceptual reasoning and modelling skills;
- Good knowledge of problem solving and decision making techniques;
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities;
- Autonomous, proactive and result-oriented individual who appreciate working in a fast and dynamic environment;
- Ability to be flexible and to work both independently and in a team environment in an international & multi-cultural environment;
- Fluent in French and English (both oral and written).
- German will be considered as an asset.
