Established in 2006, the company provides data integration services in an Application Service Provider (ASP) mode for banking, fund administration and insurance. 

 

The Opportunity

Join the BPO team at Worldline Europe S.A., where reference data is the backbone supporting our client solutions and day-to-day operations. In this role you’ll be at the heart of data governance, turning complex data requirements into reliable production, while collaborating with project teams to implement new solutions. You’ll grow in a fast-paced, multinational environment that values curiosity, precision, and continuous improvement, helping us deliver accurate reference data for sanctions and financial instruments across multiple regulators and client profiles.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Administer daily reference data for client portfolios within the BPO team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Handle exceptions for sanctions and reference data solutions on behalf of clients, escalating to team leader when needed.
  • Interpret complex ownership structures to identify sanctioned entities or individuals according to multiple regulator requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Process reference data openings, including missing or mutated data, and support the risk classification based on customer specifics.
  • Propose improvements to daily workflows by centralizing incidents, analyzing sources, and suggesting enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Escalate issues to team leader when necessary and participate in problem-solving to minimize production impact through collaboration with stakeholders.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree plus two years’ experience in administrating reference data or as part of a Data Input team.
  • Strong ability to document complex procedures and translate business requirements into clear, actionable workflows for team adoption.
  • Knowledge of financial data providers (SIX, Refinitiv, and similar sources) is an advantage, but not mandatory for candidates.
  • Excellent documentation skills and meticulous attention to detail to maintain high data quality across multiple systems and processes.
  • Fluent in English and French; German and Luxembourgish are considered an asset to communication with stakeholders across regions.
  • Friendly, proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of motivation and learning agility to drive performance.
  • At least two years of experience in reference data administration or related data management roles within financial services organizations.
