Established in 2006, the company provides data integration services in an Application Service Provider (ASP) mode for banking, fund administration and insurance.

 

Worldline Europe S.A. is looking for a Junior Business Data Analyst (m/f).

 

Your mission:

 

Within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team, you will administer the reference data of our clients.

You will assist the project teams as an expert for reference data in the setup of new solutions and provide business support for the daily production.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure the daily production of the reference data

 

As a member of the BPO-team you will handle exceptions for sanctions and reference data solutions on behalf of our clients.

 

    • Sanctioned Securities Monitoring Services consists:
      • handling of the exception (i.e. entities, individuals, MRB business & sanctions survey) generated within the process
      • identifying of new incoming exceptions generated within the process
      • have the ability to interpret complex ownership structure to identify sanctioned entities or individuals according to multiple regulators requirements

 

    • Reference data exceptions consists:
      • the opening process of financial instruments (i.e. missing data, mutation data, …);
      • the processing of exceptions in the classification of financial instruments
      • the risk classification based on customer specificities

 

You will propose improvements for the optimization of your daily work by centralizing incidents, analyzing the sources and proposing potential enhancements.

 

In case of issues, you will escalate to the team leader.

 

 

  • Assist project teams

 

You will assist the project teams in the review of business specifications and the composition of working protocols and procedures for the treatment of exceptions for new customers.

 

Your profile:

 

  • Bac + 2 or equivalent experience;
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in administrating reference data or acting as a Data Input team member;
  • You have knowledge on the various financial data providers (SIX, Refinitiv, ,…) is an advantage;
  • You are able to document complex procedures;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office desktop applications;
  • Fluent in English and French. German and Luxembourgish are considered as an asset;
  • Friendly personality, good interpersonal skills and a proactive individual;
  • Have high attention to details
