The Opportunity
As a member our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for handling client requests, mainly via telephone for card blocking and general credit card related questions, as well as some back-office tasks, in order to solve or follow up customer requests.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You will be the 1st point of contact for customer requests via phone and/or e-mails or any other channel.
- You will receipt and respond to requests, analyses and classification of customer requests.
- You will assist the customer with a resolution within service level agreements and determined policies, using the tools provided.
- You will Initiate adequate measures and activities according to defined processes and responsibilities if the customer request cannot be resolved at 1st level.
Who Are We Looking For

- Your are fluent in Luxemburgish, French, English or German; additional languages such as Dutch, Portuguese or Italian are considered a strong advantage
- You have experience in Customer Service, Call center or Financial sector is required
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills for solving problems and handle complaints
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information is essential for this role
- You have strong organizational and learning abilities
- You are proficient in MS Office Pack, Internet applications, Outlook
- You are fFlexible and available for shift-based scheduling between 08h00 and 19h00, including Saturdays in rotation
- Good adaptability to work in a team dealing with high volumes of calls and requests
