The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Scrum Master who is passionate about building scalable, user-friendly applications. In this role, you will work with a dynamic, diverse team to develop, enhance, and maintain landing pages, web portals, and back-end services crucial to our payment solutions.

Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA
Essential & Technical Competencies:

Certifications: Industry-recognized credentials such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Ceremony Facilitation: Plan and lead standard SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban events including PI Planning, Inspect & adapt, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve blockers (technical, organizational, or interpersonal) that prevent the team from achieving its Sprint goals.

Dependency Management: Manage dependencies internally and externally

Team Shielding: Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions to ensure they maintain focus on the Sprint Goal.

Product Owner Support: Assist the Product Owner with effective backlog refinement and management techniques.

Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning by using retrospectives, Inspect & Adapt to identify and implement actionable process improvements.

Servant Leadership: Prioritizing team needs and empowering them to solve problems independently.

Facilitation & Coaching: Expert ability to guide discussions toward consensus and mentor individuals in Agile values.

Conflict Resolution: Neutral mediation to address disagreements constructively.

Metric Tracking: Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence to monitor velocity, progress, productivity, and cycle time.

Domain: Payments or Banking domain experience is preferred.
