The Opportunity
You can be part of the future of the payments industry and contribute to the quality of billions of euros worth of payments by leveraging your DevOps expertise. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work on Way4, Worldline’s core back-office application, which processed over 4 billion transactions last year. Your skills will help ensure that the Way4 system operates smoothly and reliably, supporting our commitment to high-quality digital payment solutions. What will your job look like
In this role, you will gather requirements from business users to understand their needs and translate them into clear functional specifications. You will collaborate closely with development, QA teams, and product owners to ensure the smooth integration and deployment of new features. Additionally, you will create and maintain internal documentation for team reference and engage with cross-functional squads to drive features to completion, participating in the Release Train within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for effective delivery. Daily discussions with colleagues will allow you to explore solutions and refine processes while promoting a positive working environment.
In addition to core business analysis activities, you will engage in DevOps tasks related to the Way4 application, primarily using Oracle PL/SQL. You will also contribute to various testing types, including system, regression, interface, and end-to-end testing.

Some things to take into account to be successful in this role:
- You have a Bachelor and/or Master degree (in IT)
- Location- Bangalore
- Experience- 10-15 Years
- You have 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Ability in analytical skill and problem solving attitude.
- Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis, project management, and collaboration (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent team player able to interact closely with, both internal and external clients; external suppliers and colleagues in a multicultural environment
- Team player with good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
- You are comfortable in English, spoken and in writing
- Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- You have a strong sense of pro-activeness, accountability and ownership
- You believe in daily improvement, easily adapt to change and have fun while doing it;
Skills we’d like
- Experience with the Way4 application (from supplier OpenWay) is a significant advantage;
- Experience in DevOps/multiple areas, development or test background such as below, is a plus
- Basic knowledge on CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Basic Oracle DBA and Oracle PLSQL knowledge
- Infrastructure knowledge (Windows, Linux)
- Testing methodologies and various testing types, phases in areas such as functional testing, regression testing, performance testing.
- Experience in the financial world, especially in Cards services, is a plus;
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud migration strategies;
