If you are a highly skilled AI expert who will produce scalable software solutions in the Payments Domain. Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for a skilled AI and Automation Strategist to join our Open Systems department at Worldline. In this role, you will use artificial intelligence (AI) to help improve the way we work with our Linux and UNIX systems that support our services from the Issuing, Acquiring, Digital Services, and Account Payment divisions. Your main goal will be to make processes easier and more efficient. You will also focus on ensuring we follow Worldline’s rules for compliance, and help everyone in the team access information quickly through AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Processes: Look at how we currently do things on our Linux and UNIX systems. Find ways to use AI to make decisions faster, automate tasks, and reduce the need for manual work by our System and SysOps Engineers.
- Analyze Data: Use data to find useful information about how our operations work. Use AI tools to discover patterns that help us solve problems and manage incidents more effectively.
- Work with Business Units: Team up with groups from Issuing, Acquiring, Digital Services, and Account Payment. Set clear goals and use AI technologies to streamline our processes and improve service delivery.
- Develop AI Methods: Research different AI methods that are suitable for our needs. Make sure these methods work well with what we already have and provide the compliance we require.
- Improve Knowledge Management: Use AI solutions to help everyone find internal and external information quickly. AI should assist our teams in accessing the right information when they need it.
- Pilot AI Projects: Lead small test projects to try out AI applications that help automate tasks and improve how we work. Evaluate the results and get feedback to make any necessary adjustments before launching them on a larger scale.
- Train Team Members: Create and deliver training sessions for team members to help them understand AI technologies better and how to use them in their daily tasks.
- Monitor Compliance: Keep an eye on AI projects to make sure they help us meet Worldline’s rules about managing vulnerabilities and maintaining compliance.
- Manage Capacity with AI: Develop strategies that use AI to manage our system resources effectively, ensuring we can meet operational demands while following compliance standards.
- Evaluate AI Tools: Identify and recommend AI tools that can help us work more efficiently and manage incidents better while complying with our standards.
- Proofs of Concept for AI Innovations: Create simple examples of AI-driven ideas that show how they can improve efficiency and make information easier to find.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and development teams to ensure all AI projects align with our goals and compliance needs.
- Independent Problem-Solving: Take the initiative to identify challenges, suggest actions to meet goals, and implement effective solutions by yourself.
Qualifications:
- Experience using AI to improve processes within Linux and UNIX systems.
- Good analytical skills, especially in using data to make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions with AI.
- Good communication skills to work well with different teams and business units.
- Familiarity with the latest AI technologies and tools that can help in managing IT effectively.
- Experience working on projects that improve service delivery using AI solutions.
Primary Skills:
- AI Technologies: Proficient in various AI tools and frameworks, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data modeling techniques.
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze data sets to extract insights that inform decision-making and process improvements.
- Project Management: Experience in managing AI initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring they meet both the project and compliance objectives.
Secondary Skills:
- Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team, fostering strong relationships across departments to drive project success.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to new tools, methods, and changes in the work environment or project scope.
