The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced end-to-end business analyst to join our team and focus on troubleshooting NSP (Network Service Provider) and PSP (Payment Service Provider) integration-related issues. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and resolve technical issues that impact transactions. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to analyze transactional data, investigate issues, and develop and implement solutions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Being an end-to-end IT/Functional Analyst, it is essential to have an Extensive Understanding of NSP and PSP Integration: A thorough comprehension of NSP and PSP integrations, including knowledge of different payment methods, transaction processing, and payment gateways.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, business team, and customer service to understand and address NSP and PSP integration-related challenges and issues.
- Understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and familiarity with various programming languages to effectively troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Analyze transactional workflows, data, and systems to identify root causes of issues and inefficiencies.
- Create and maintain documentation related to troubleshooting procedures, issue resolution, and system improvements.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators and track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on best practices for troubleshooting integration-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, industry best practices, and advancements in NSP, PSP, and e-commerce integration domains.
- Supporting projects from beginning to end as functional and application specialists for the solutions.
- Assist the Project Manager, and other internal and external (i.e. clients) stakeholders in the production and maintenance of project plans and related governance activities
- Acquire and maintain a solid knowledge of the technologies used for our product development
- Training and education of other team members
Who Are We Looking For

- 3+ overall work experience as a Business Analyst in the Payment domain and software development, with the majority of it being in the area of electronic payments.
- A strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, payment processing, and industry regulations, as well as experience with NSP and PSP integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meticulously investigate complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- University degree (master/bachelor) in computer science or similar qualification
- High level of Quality paired with Service Oriented Mindset
- Linux knowledge as a User, C++ Code reading capabilities for Analysis purposes and SQL reading and writing capabilities combined with basis shell scripting capabilities
- Structured and analytical way of working and distinct ability to do presentations
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, as well as the ability to interpret and utilize transactional data to drive decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements within NSP and PSP integrations to enhance transaction processing efficiency and reliability.
- Ability to work in dynamic situations with short timelines and strict deadlines
- Good experience in Agile/Scrum in a complex and international environment
- Knowledge about payment domain and/or cloud services and/or Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment would be beneficial
- Knowledge of the scheme protocol (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, etc.) and ISO 8583 would be an advantage
