Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly and year-end reporting in accordance with group and company guidelines and prepare of full set of management reports.
- Manage reporting towards Bank of Greece.
- Preparation and analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenues, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures and Balance Sheet.
- Preparation and analysis current and past trends in key commercial and business performance indicators related to fleet, transactions, customers portfolio, commissions, offerings etc.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and business plan process.
- Variance analysis of actual results against budgets, forecasts and industry trends.
- Analysis AR/AP/Inventory aging reports as well as DSO, DPO, DIO on monthly basis.
- Preparation of monthly working capital reports.
- Preparation of IFRS 9 bad debt provision model.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
- Preparation of analysis of complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
- Preparation of presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
- Support the Finance Manager and Finance Director with projects and tasks when required
Who Are We Looking For:
- BSc / MSc degree in Finance or Accounting or related studies.
- A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage programs and projects, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to communicate effectively across levels.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and hands-on attitude.
- Familiarity with ERP software and forecasting tools.
