Day-to-day responsibilities

• Work closely with business to drive the budget, forecast, and long-term business planning cycles by providing valuable input on the underlying assumptions;
• Prepare monthly performance reports, including key financial and business metrics, for presentation to executive committees;
• Monitoring actual performance against budgets and forecasts, and supporting informed decision-making to achieve financial and business objectives;
• Ensure that reliable, timely, and high-quality financial information is provided to business, supporting informed decision-making;
• Participate in cross-functional projects, providing financial expertise and supporting business in the evaluation of new products, initiatives, and strategic projects;
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial planning, analysis, and reporting by maximizing the use of available ERP and business intelligence systems;

Who are we looking for

• 6+ years of experience working as a Finance Business Partner, Controller, or in a similar role;
• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent; Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics and/or financial analysis certifications (ACCA, CFA, Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) etc.);
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, including IFRS reporting standards, and strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and accurately;
• Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to prepare forecasts using an integrated planning approach and to project the balance sheet and cash flow based on forecast P&L assumptions;
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking and shifting priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Experience with complex ERP, BI, MIS, data analysis, and reporting tools; specific experience with Onestream or Oracle and SAP (ECC or S4HANA) reporting software;
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across different levels of the organization.
• You are fluent in Greek and English
