Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assistance and support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related databases (e.g. CRM).
- Responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing data and guidance to the sales team, managing sales tracking tools, and analyzing sales trends.
- Liaison between internal departments for all incoming requests from Key Clients, internal & external sales channels.
- Assistance in Sales Budget.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communication/issues/requests with Key Clients.
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
- Accountable for Pre-Sales & pre-production activities with Key Clients.
- Collecting and communicating Key Client requirements to all necessary departments.
- Handle approval from new Key Clients for all implementation projects.
- Manage/resolve/escalate issues/risks/conflicts in order to ensure progress
- Assist in legal issues and contracts with Key Clients.
- Present sales, revenue, results and issues to the management team.
- Management and Monitoring of New Sales Channels (incl targets).
- Assist for ISV/Reseller/B2B & B2C sales, day to day operations and customer requests.
- Αssisting for introducing/evaluating new markets/industries/opportunities/
products and creation of business proposals and a go to market plan. - Attend and actively participate in team meetings and other meetings as required.
- Work in partnership with other teams to ensure that all clients receive a professional and coordinated response.
- Create Department processes and policy guidelines.
Who Are We Looking For
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate in the TelCom/FinTech/PayTech industry (at least 3 years).
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus.
