Day-to-Day Responsibilities​:

• Preparation and analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
• Contribution in budgeting, forecasting and business plan process.
• Assistance with processing and analysis of financial data (budgets, forecasts, income statement, Balance Sheets, etc.).
• Analysis actual results against budgets, forecasts, industry trends.
• Preparation of monthly and year-end closing.
• Preparation of financial & management reporting on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Analysis of actual cash flows and AR/AP/Inventory aging reports.
• Preparation of 13-week rolling cash flow forecast.
• Preparation of monthly working capital reports.
• Analysis of monthly DSO, DPO, DIO.
• Preparation of financial charts, tables and other exhibits as requested.
• Work with Dashboard reports.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
• Assistance in the preparation of Management Pack, Snapshot, Asset Management and Quarterly Financial presentations.
• Analysis of complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
• Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.
• Preparation of presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.
• Supporting the FP&A Manager with projects and tasks when required.

Who Are We Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role with strong track record of forecasting, budgeting and business partnering within a multinational organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Postgraduate Degree or MBA is considered an asset.
• ACCA / CIMA or a similar certification will be an advantage.
• ERP Knowledge, experience in SAP (FI/CO/BW) as well as HFM or any other similar tool is a must.
• Excellent PC based skills, profound knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). Expert financial modeling skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English.
