Day-to-Day Responsibilities​:

 

  • Manage monthly and year-end reporting in accordance with group and company guidelines and prepare of full set of management reports.
  • Manage reporting towards Bank of Greece.
  • Preparation and analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenues, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures and Balance Sheet.
  • Preparation and analysis current and past trends in key commercial and business performance indicators related to fleet, transactions, customers portfolio, commissions, offerings etc.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and business plan process.
  • Variance analysis of actual results against budgets, forecasts and industry trends.
  • Analysis AR/AP/Inventory aging reports as well as DSO, DPO, DIO on monthly basis.
  • Preparation of monthly working capital reports.
  • Preparation of IFRS 9 bad debt provision model.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
  • Preparation of analysis of complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
  • Preparation of presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
  • Support the Finance Manager and Finance Director with projects and tasks when required

 

Who Are We Looking For:

 

  • BSc / MSc degree in Finance or Accounting or related studies.
  • A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage programs and projects, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to communicate effectively across levels.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and hands-on attitude.
  • Familiarity with ERP software and forecasting tools.
