The Opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you'll step into a pivotal role where your ability to listen, analyze, and translate complex business needs into clear specifications directly shapes the products and services that power global commerce. You'll work alongside talented cross-functional teams who are passionate about delivering excellence, armed with methodologies like workshops, interviews, and site assessments to uncover hidden opportunities. Your specifications won't just sit in documents—they'll become the blueprint for innovation, directly impacting how millions of businesses operate every day. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze product and service requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, and site visits to drive business innovation.
- Translate complex requirements into detailed specifications supporting new business initiatives and enhancements to existing services.
- Validate and verify service requirements while assessing risk through quantitative and qualitative analytical approaches.
- Develop and maintain Business & Functional Specification Documents and define clear acceptance criteria for stakeholder approval.
- Identify service deficiencies, recommend enhancements, and participate actively in testing and incident resolution activities.
- Lead or support projects as accountable team members, contributing expertise, skills, and knowledge to ensure successful delivery.
Who Are We Looking For

- You can gather, analyze, and synthesize complex information from diverse sources into clear, actionable specifications and insights.
- You've got substantial experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or product management in a professional environment.
- Ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Motivation and passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with capability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously.
- You master collaborative approaches and thrive in cross-functional environments, building strong relationships across organizational boundaries.
- 3+ years working in business analysis, requirements management, or related business-focused roles in dynamic environments.
- Excellent knowledge of English
