The Opportunity

 

We are looking for a highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our Branch Sales Team in Athens. You will become part of a dynamic, evolving and agile environment, where teamwork, determination, communication and strong organizational skills are essential of the commercial success. In this role, along with a team of 7 members, you will actively participate in the coordination and management of a Retail Banks’ Branch Network throughout the country , playing a key role in ensuring alignment between central sales strategy and branch-level execution. This position offers the opportunity to gain deep exposure to the banking market from a commercial perspective and to develop strong analytical and business insight.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate and sales management in Banks’ Branch Network
  • Sales Development in the area of responsibility through the support of the existing customer base as well as finding new customers, implementing the company’s commercial policy
  • Motinoring of goal achievement , competition, market trends and reporting
  • Market mapping and customer development
  • Educating customers on the companys products/ services
  • Manage and complete sales processes through internal systems, providing support and information to prospective customers in coordination with the team
  • Closely monitoring product delivery schedules and informing sellers/ customers of any problems that arise

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, services or banking sector
  • University degree / Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance will be appreciated
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally with customers
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluency in English in written & verbal form
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Power BI
  • Ability to travel is essential
