Title:  After Sales Officer

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​:

 

  • Management and monitoring of all requests and additional transactions from the networks (pos, installment programs, installment discounting, loyalty, epos, telephone order, mail order  , standing orders). Check the completeness and correctness of the required supporting documents.
  • Contribution to the achievement of the overall SLAs  between Worldline Greece and the Bank's serviced networks.
  • Promotion, monitoring and implementation of requests to change the terms of cooperation of the cooperating companies, coming from the visits of the key account sales force.
  • Daily telephone & electronic communication with key  / middle accounts in order to resolve pending requests / contracts and problems related to cooperating businesses.
  • Daily telephone & electronic communication with key / middle accounts in  order to train them in new products, services, functionalities, processes.     
  • Creation of business records of specific criteria (group merchants) in order to constantly update the archive of large accounts with the respective openings or closures of branches and the corresponding commission adjustments.
  • Supervision of the dispatch, receipt and installation process as well as recovery of the terminals to the cooperating companies.
  • Creation of ad hoc reports for key / middle accounts , in order to better monitor them.
  • Contribution to the creation of new products by participating in the UAT testing process.      
  • Creation of presentations for merchants , Banks serviced networks, etc.     

 

 

Who Are We Looking For:

 

  • Proven work experience as an after sales support or sales support.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • In-depth understanding customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Teamwork and motivational skills.
  • BS degree.
