Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with PMO skills to support projects based on the need.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Setting up folder structures on shared drive for project specific requirements like CIS

PMO would need to setup the newly acquired customers with finance, update Invoice sheets, create Work Specifications, set up certain reports etc.

Supporting PM’s with any Adhoc requests that come up

Activities like creating a finance report based on the timesheets whenever requested, getting project closures done – month end activities.

You are managing the governance of the internal projects like investment, internal efficiency and compliance

Creating workflows in JIRA

Updating Confluence/SharePoint for project specific need based on any adhoc requests by the PM’s

Reporting based on Missing/Unapproved Timesheets

You analyse revenue and cost of the department in order to provide input for the overall reporting

You set and implement standards across the team of the department

 

 Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Must Have Skills
  • Good English proficiency and communication skills (UK Business)
  • Confluence (Basic skill)
  • MS Excel (Basic skill)
  • MS Powerpoint , MS Office
  • JIRA
  • Agile Knowledge
