Experience : 3 – 6 Years
Designation : Associate Consultant – Delivery
Technology : Javascript, Jquery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap5.1, C#,WCF, Databases (MYSQL & Oracle), Nunit, MSTest
Roles and Responsibilities :
- You have ability to work on Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, C#,WCF, Databases, Nunit, MSTest.
- You collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions.
- You perform middleware software solution design and development supporting all project phases including requirements and testing.
- You develop solutions within waterfall projects or in time limited agile developements
- You act as lead developer during the build of projects, providing the overall leadership to ensure that solutions meet the customer requirements and technical strategy.
Essential & Technical Competencies:
- 4 + years of experience with application development
- Hands on experience with Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, C#,WCF, Databases.
- Excellent skills in C# development across all common frameworks
- Experience of developing solutions with relational database e.g. Oracle, MYSQL Experience in unit test frameworks like NUnit, MSTest
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, C#,WCF, Databases.
- You can work well within a team and are self-motivated Scaled Agile experience will be more preferred
- Experience in Analyze, Refine Requirements and Design solution
- Develop technical specifications and architecture
- Should Open & honest in all interactions with all stakeholders
- Should Listen, understand & come up with improvements in product development
- Should Constructively challenge the existing practices & come up with improvements
- Having an innovation mindset is a must.
- Should have excellent communication skills. Should be able to communicate ideas to
- team efficiently and at the same time clarify & confirm if something is not clear
- Should be able to mentor other team mates where appropriate at the same
- should be prepared to be mentored by senior architects from onshore / offshore.
- A person with a "Learner's mindset" , someone who is constantly seeking to
- learn something new in and out of office and confident to play around new things to bring continuous improvement in team.
- Should have problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, and a responsible team-player.
