The Opportunity
Join our People Development & Engagement (PDE) Team as a People Development Administrator, where you'll be part of the Learning Team in India. In this role, you'll provide essential day-to-day administration support to the Career Management, Performance & Development team within the wider PDE team, playing a key role in supporting employee growth and development initiatives across the organisation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration including course creation, enrolment tracking, attendance management, and automated reporting, raising tickets to add and remove learners from programs.
- Coordinate with external program providers and internal trainers for skills and leadership academies
- Support performance management processes including planning, preparation, communication, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Manage 360 feedback and digital coaching processes including participant registration, license management, and coordination with service providers ensuring employees’ individual HR records and LMS are updated with completion.
- Handle financial and administrative tasks including raising purchase orders, invoice management, budget tracking and purchase order follow-up.
- Coordinate communication plans with the Global Internal Communications team on behalf of the wider PDE team and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Generate reports and analyse data to track participation rates, completion status, and track KPIs, for example, with performance management and people review.
- Provide support through WLSD and functional mailboxes, ensuring timely assistance and access to resources.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with local training and development coordinators and support program deployments.
- Manage nominations & registrations for development programs including tracking attendance, co-ordinating cancellations/withdrawals and contacting waiting lists. Ensuring employee records are updated with programs attended and LMS is uploaded with attendance records. Liaising with Global Business Line PDE Partners.
- Facilitate sponsors and strategic contributors briefing and attendance at development programs and co-ordinate the monthly global induction program.
- Manage sharepoint spaces for PDE and Team Channels.
- Support People Review process with administrative tasks such as agreeing the list of reviewers with the GBL PDE Partners.
Who Are We Looking For

- Ideal but not essential - Bachelor in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or related field
- Experience we need 8-10 Years.
- Location-Pune
- 4+ years of experience working in a center of excellence, ideally in learning and development with demonstrated track record of managing administration.
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors SAP LMS is essential (certification would be a plus)
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, particularly with pivot tables, vlookups, graphs and formulas, as well as proficient in other Microsoft 365 applications including MS Teams and Office Suite (Power BI ideal).
- Excellent English communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Team-oriented mindset, capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
- Good service delivery experience
- Experience in coordinating multi-cohort or high-volume training programmes, with ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
