The opportunity

We are searching for a highly creative Motion Designer and Filmmaker to join the Worldline Digital Studio Network team. If you have a passion for bringing static designs to life through animation and a solid foundation in video production, this role is for you. Operating from our Green Key studio in La Défense, you will bridge the gap between live-action filming and high-end post-production. You will craft dynamic motion graphics that elevate our internal and external video projects, ensuring our visual communication is modern, engaging, and innovative. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As part of the Digital Studio team within the MarCom Production Hub, your mission will span 7 key areas:
• Create motion design elements including intro/outro sequences, lower thirds, data visualizations, and animated explainers that translate complex payment concepts clearly.
• Develop and maintain reusable motion templates to streamline and standardize the studio's production workflow.
• Manage end-to-end studio productions: handle bookings, align with stakeholders, operate equipment, and support live events and recordings.
• Post-process recorded content (webinars, demos, trailers, podcasts, interviews) ensuring videos are visually polished, logically sequenced, and true to the requester's intent.
• Operate and maintain studio equipment including cameras, prompters, lights, microphones, and audio/video mixing systems.
• Consult studio stakeholders throughout the entire process, from initial video concept through to final post-production delivery.

Who Are We Looking For

• Enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 program in Motion Design, Filmmaking, Cinematography, Video Editing or a related field, with a mandatory portfolio or showreel.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or DaVinci Resolve or equivalent editing software.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced professional environment, with strong collaborative instincts.
• Creative storyteller with good communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and visual communication, with a good level of written and spoken English.
• Based in the Paris area and willing to travel for external events when needed.
• Bonus: experience with Chroma Key, 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine), or AI generated content and tools.
