We are looking for an Apprentice International Bid Manager for Large Accounts Payment Solutions & Services that will support Worldline's sales and presales organization in RFx processes by preparing responses for complex opportunities, either single or multi-country, leveraging a broad portfolio of best in class solutions. What will you be doing ?
- Collaborate with our bid managers, sales, presales and product teams to ensure Worldline is in the best position to secure new business and win more deals by providing technical, functional and commercial guidance on products and solutions.
- Leverage bid management and bid processes aiming to manage the delivery of the Worldline offer and ensuring it responds to the customer needs and is compliant with our strategy and capabilities.
- Bring your ideas and experience in AI (generative AI) to significantly improve the quality of response of our offers and enable bid management teams to focus on strategy and customer exchanges.
- Support bid managers and sales teams from the prospection and pre sales phase till the closing phase for key deals including the preparation and attendance to customer orals with the bid team.
What will you be responsible for ?
Support Bid Managers in the end to end bid process
- Support the qualification, technically and functionally of new opportunities in order to propose the best solutions, for both strategic and technical point of views, in order to meet our clients’ needs.
- Support the delivery of proposals which meet the customer’s requirements, differentiates Worldline and satisfies our internal requirements.
- Take the lead on internal initiatives and projects relating to AI (generative AI) aiming to support and help bid managers and bid teams.
Manage the internal stakeholders ecosystem
- Support the organization of Win-Loss Workshops as appropriate to the bid and ensures that findings are acknowledged and handed over to the appropriate organisations for action.
- Support Bid Managers to ensure timely and proper preparation of our internal bid approval reviews process.
- Support Bid Managers to prepare plan and budget with the support of finance controller, organizes and monitors the process to deliver the proposal.

- Ability to coordinate various internal stakeholders across a large company
- Commercial sensibility & enthusiasm for the sales process. Understand what is important for the customer and why they should select us
- Your knowledge, experience and vision of AI, which you will make available to bid managers and bid teams.
Your soft skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Fluent English - a Secondary European language is a distinctive advantage
- High level of AI culture and experience
- Strategic thinking, ability to communicate vision to senior stakeholders
- Efficiency and able to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
